W. Dennis Snyderman
Of counsel to the firm, W. Dennis Snyderman was admitted to the California State Bar and the Federal Bar in 1970 after receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1969 from Loyola University Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. Prior to his law school education, Mr. Snyderman obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from UCLA in 1966.
Following law school, Mr. Snyderman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles H. Carr of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and he subsequently practiced as a solo practitioner and as an associate and partner in several well-respected Los Angeles firms. Throughout his career Mr. Snyderman has represented clients in many aspects of civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has advocated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, with a primary emphasis on business, insurance (coverage, bad faith and agent/broker negligence), real estate, and entertainment-related matters for clients including public and private corporations, manufacturers, insurance carriers, and real estate brokerage companies.
Mr. Snyderman is not exclusively a litigator, however. In addition to his broad-ranging litigation and trial experience, he has handled a wide range of business transactional matters, including real estate sales transactions, preparation of business contracts, business enterprise formation and dissolution, and drafting, compliance, and risk analysis for corporations and business partnerships.
